360 Spear

This project converted 70% of an industrial data center to office use, including a complete renovation of the entrance and an overhaul of the base building infrastructure. New openings were cut into existing perimeter shearwalls which were added during the data center era, allowing ample natural light to fill the office floors. This project was completed without disturbing the existing data center tenants who remain in portions of the building.
